  • Schalke 04 3-3 Hamburger SV: Kuranyi seals draw

Kevin Kuranyi headed home a last-minute equaliser to help Schalke 04 clinch a 3-3 draw against Hamburg SV in Germany's Bundesliga.

Hamburg had wasted a two-goal first-half lead and were reduced to 10 men from the 61st after a red card for David Rozehnal, but still believed they had the game won when Sweden's Marcus Berg made it 3-2 against the run of play with 10 minutes remaining.

However Kuranyi, who also scored with a header in the 50th minute, dashed their hopes with a second goal that leaves Schalke in fourth place on 20 points.

Bayer Leverkusen, who drew 1-1 with Borussia Dortmund on Friday, lead Hamburg on goal difference with both teams level on 22 points. Werder Bremen moved into third on 21, after their 4-1 win over VfL Bochum, with Bayern Munich fifth on 18.
