  • Newcastle United 3-1 Liverpool: Kuyt, Carroll great-strike

    Newcastle United successfully beat Liverpool in front of their own supporters. The Magpies won with a convincing score: 3-1.

    These results are a good introduction from Alan Pardew, the man that newly appointed to handle Newcastle a few days ago. In contrast to Liverpool, this being the seventh defeat for them throughout this season - or the third in the last five games.

    The position of Newcastle is now up to eighth championship with a value of 22. While Liverpool are one strip at the bottom with a collection of the same points.



    The game

    Fifteen minutes of the match at St James' Park to walk, Saturday (1/12/2010) successful Newcastle beat Liverpool 1-0. Goal host created by Kevin Nolan.

    Unfortunately for Kyrgiakos, his header was wide next to Newcastle's goal. Until the break, the Magpies 1-0 advantage persisted.

    Liverpool then react quickly in the second half. Right at the minute 49, they leveled a 1-1 goal by Dirk Kuyt.
