Twente 3-3 Tottenham: Defoe double, Chadli free-kick
Tottenham Hotspur reap only one point after being held by Twente Enschede 3-3. But a draw was enough to bring the Spurs to win Group A.
At away games the Spurs' Jermain Defoe could make double the lead. However Twente equalizer goal by Roberto Rosales and also Nacer Chadli.
But the score 3-3 draw was enough for Spurs exit as head of Group A by collecting 11 points from six matches. Meanwhile, Inter Milan was runner-up with 10 points after a 0-3 defeat of Werder Bremen.
The game
In the match at Arke Stadium on Tuesday (12/7/2010), Kick-off performed by the Spurs. The first threat made Twente after Wout Brama fired his left foot but can still be thwarted Heurelho Gomes at minute 4.
