  • Juventus 0-2 AS Roma: Taddei acrobatic-goal, Vucinic great-goal

    Two goals from Mirko Vucinic and Rodrigo Taddei to the Juventus nets, Thursday (2/27/2011) , was enough to deliver AS Roma to the Coppa Italia semi-finals. Roma won 2-0 in that game and will meet Inter Milan in the semifinals.

    Juventus and Roma themselves do not display an interesting game for the spectators who witnessed this match. The match of two great Italian team is slow in the beginning of the first round. Both teams often play ball in midfield and looked to play cautiously. Despite intense trying to attack, both teams still not yielded any single shot until the 12th minute.

    The game itself is likely to coarse. Some violations occurred and yielded a yellow card for both teams. One for Philippe Mexes (Roma) and one for Marco Motta (Juventus). Even in the 32nd minute, Mirko Vucinic should receive treatment after a duel with Mohamed Sissoko.
