    Benfica move into semifinals Europa League is not unstoppable despite failing to beat PSV Eindhoven in the quarter-finals 2nd leg. Benfica escaped with a 6-3 aggregate advantage.

    PSV are playing at home, Philips Arena, on Thursday (04/14/2011) , playing aggressive from the start because they were behind 1-4 from the first meeting at the headquarters of Benfica.

    As a result, PSV had a 2-0 lead and stayed need one additional goal for speeding. However, the Dutch club had even conceded two goals from Benfica to score eventually finished 2-2.



    The game

    The game lasts 17 minutes when PSV successfully opened his goal account through Balazs Dzsudzsak who grabbed the ball from close range after receiving a cross from the right Jeremain Lens.

    Eight minutes later, PSV widen the distance by scoring the second goal through the Lens. Lens kicked the ball from the kick his own vomit which was blocked by the goalkeeper and defender Benfica.

    Benfica did not give up easily, however. At the last minute first half, 'The Eagle' minimize catch up to 1-2. Is Luisao who scored with a kick after PSV goalkeeper Andreas Isaksson, failed to catch the ball from a free kick.

    At minute 63, Benfica equalized so successful 2-2 penalty goal by Oscar Cardozo. Referee awarded a penalty after Cesar Peixoto violated by Antonio Marcelo in the PSV penalty box.

    Until the long whistle marks the end of the game sounds, no additional goals are created and PSV have to give a strong semi-final ticket held by Benfica.
