  • QPR 2-3 Manchester City: Dzeko, Silva, Toure great-finish

    Manchester City get the fierce resistance of the host Queens Park Rangers in the Premier League. Had time to chase numbers, The Citizens eventually won 3-2.

    In a match at Loftus Road on Saturday (11/05/2011), both teams share the score 1-1 at halftime. QPR winning first through Jay Bothroyd, City replied through Edin Dzeko.

    More exciting second-half run. City turned the lead thanks to goals from David Silva, but the home side chase through Heidar Helguson.

    In the end, the City was the one who emerged victorious after Yaya Toure scored the third goal.

    This victory cemented the position of City at the top of the standings with a collection of 31 points from 11 matches. QPR ranked 12th with 12 points.



    The game

    Opportunities to obtain Heidar Helguson in the 15th minute has not led to goals. Shot still leads right into the arms of City goalkeeper, Joe Hart.
