  • Bayern Munich 2-0 Schalke: Mueller, Klose scored

    Bayern Munich started the 2010/2011 season with positive results. The Bavarians won the German Super Cup after beating Schalke 04, 2-0.

    German Super Cup this year is the first officially held since the last one 14 years ago. In 1996 it became champions Borussia Dortmund after beating Kaiserslautern 5-4 on penalties.

    In the years 2008 and 2009 had held the German Super Cup but did not officially titled the T-Home Supercup with the Bayern team that brought the German Cup.

    Now the DFB (German Football Association) back play Bundesliga season with Bayern unite as champions last season's Bundesliga and German Cup runners-up Schalke where the opponent was also a champion.

    In a match that held in Impuls Arena, Saturday (07/08/2010) , Bayern and Schalke played a goalless draw in the first round.



    In the second half duet German national team in World Cup and Thomas Mueller and Miroslav Klose gave the victory with goals FC Hollywood. Mueller to open the scoring in the 75th minute and Klose to close seven minutes later.

    For Bayern this is their fourth title after previously achieved in 1982, 1987 and 1990.
