  • Chicago Fires 1-3 Manchester United: Rooney, Nani great-chip

    Manchester United back to win in pre-season tour in the United States. Facing Chicago Fires, 'Red Devils' win with a score of 3-1.

    In a match that took place in Chicago on Saturday (23/07/2011), MU lower number of new recruits, including goalkeeper David De Gea, who had given holiday after playing in the UEFA European Under-21.

    Until the game ended 3-1 to Manchester United victory remained unchanged. This was the third victory in the MU pre-season tour in the U.S.. Previously, the direction of Sir Alex Ferguson's squad was a 4-1 victory over the New England Revolutions and 7-0 over the Seattle Sounders.

    Furthermore, Manchester United will face the MLS All-Stars and Barcelona.
