Sunderland 1-1 Liverpool: Suarez header, Larsson salto-kick
Liverpool could only reap a draw in his first match in the Premier League season 2011-2012. At home, 'The Red' offset Sunderland 1-1.
Luis Suarez put Liverpool ahead in the 12th minute in the match on Saturday (13/08/2011. A few minutes before Suarez throw away a golden opportunity by failing to execute the penalty.
Liverpool's victory finally floated after Sebastian Larsson evened the score for Sunderland on 57 minutes. Match held at Anfield, Liverpool headquarters, it ended with a final score of 1-1.
The Game
Luis Suarez capitalized on a Richardson's mistake in the middle field, speeding toward the Sunderland goal with two players chasing Sunderland. Suarez then dropped Kieran Richardson in the penalty box.
